NOise VACANCY 1-3 October 2026

NOise VACANCY is an art project held in Gisborne, Te Tairāwhiti, Aotearoa New Zealand.
This year's festivities will be taking place between 67 Gladstone Road, a phone box at around 39 Gladstone Road, the Cactus House at the Botanical Gardens, and our only set of Traffic Lights.

The project recognises the impacts of vacant and neglected spaces in our city centre and draws upon the power of creativity to bring them back to life for the duration of the project.

NOise VACANCY 2026 will mark the fourth edition of the project - we're excited to build on our previous experiences and bring some life, fun and creativity to Gizzy's CBD.
